Ingredients:

  • 500 g fresh Salomon fillet
  • Salt

Preparation:

Cure salmon fillet form both sides and leave it in a cold place for 8 hours. Serve cut in thin slices as an appetizer or on top of bread, adding a bit of freshly ground pepper and few slices of onion
