Cod casserole

About the product


  • 1kg Cod fillet
  • Whey flour
  • Butter
  • Boiled potatoes
  • 100g cream sauce
  • Onion
  • Smoked chicken


Cut the fish in small pieces, cure with salt and cover in flour. Bake the fish in butter till it’s brown. Heat up a pan, add the onion and pieces of smoked meat, add some pepper for taste. Peal the boiled potatoes and cut them in round slices. Add all the ingredients in an oven tray and pour over cream sauce. Cook at 200 C for 30 minutes. Serve with a salad or pickled cucumbers.
