Cut the cod fillet into small pieces and cure with some salt. Before cooking add a bit of lemon pepper. Beat the eggs, add flour and mix it till it turns into a smooth, thick liquid (if needed, water can be added). Melt butter on a heated pan (adding a little bit of oil will prevent the butter form burning) , cover cod in the dough like liquid and place it on the hot pan. Cook form both sides till brown, serve with salad and boiled potatoes.
